PROJECT DESCRIPTION

To honor one of the oldest landmarks and mansions in Jeddah, KSA, the client wanted to surround the existing mansion with a 40-storey building divided between hotels, private residences, and a 15-story building in the back for offices. The 2 buildings are connected by elevated walkways that offer vast views of the red sea. Retail spaces and restaurants surround the main courtyard. The existing mansion will be used as a convention center and a wedding hall.
